GREETERS MINISTRY

"I was glad when they said unto me, Let us go into the House of the Lord" Psalm 122:1

Laura Green, ministry co-chair, and Minister Felicia Johnson, ministry chair, accepted their calling into their chosen ministry and began work on the prosperity of the Welcome Committee. They began greeting visitors into the Sanctuary every Sunday morning for 10:45 service with Welcome Committee cards and nametags. We recently began acquiring visitor information through our welcome sign-in book and distribute business cards with inspirational scriptures and church contact information.

At the July 2002 church meeting, Pastor Dicks changed the name of our ministry to the Greeters Ministry. We are actively growing under the direction of God. Our next big initiative is the development of a visitors newsletter.
